【 Office365 アップデート 】Mac ユーザは SfB for Mac デスクトップアプリに誘導へ
Office365 に関する Major Change Update 情報（2019/3/8付）をご案内いたします。
2019年4月5日以降、 Mac ユーザが\ Skype Meetings アプリをダウンロードしようとすると、Mac デスクトップアプリ の Skype for Business に転送されるそうです。
加えて、同ユーザーが Skype for Business のアカウントを持っていない場合、もしくはユーザが会議の主催者と異なる組織にいる場合、Mac デスクトップアプリ上の Skype for Business から、サインインすることなく会議にゲストとして参加できるようになるとのことです。
個人的には、周りに Mac ユーザがいないので特に何とも…という感じです…

In an effort to provide a streamlined and efficient meeting experience for your users on Mac, we will now direct your users to the Skype for Business for Mac desktop app instead of the Skype Meetings App. We previously announced this change in MC164965 with a deployment date in December 2018, but after addressing some customer feedback we have updated the deployment date to April 5, 2019.
You’re receiving this message because our records indicate that you have Skype for Business meetings that can be joined by members of your organization or by external parties using a Mac.
[How does this affect me?] After April 5, 2019, Mac users that attempt to download the Skype Meetings App will be directed towards the Skype for Business on Mac desktop app instead.The Skype for Business on Mac desktop app now offers the ability to join a meeting as a guest without signing in, so if a user doesn’t have a Skype for Business account, or if the user is in a different organization than the meeting organizer, they will still be able to use the Skype for Business on Mac desktop app to access the meeting.
This change applies to all organizations that are configured to use the online Microsoft Content Delivery Network (CDN) and that join meetings hosted in Skype for Business Online or Skype for Business 2015 Server.
[What do I need to do to prepare for this change?] You don’t need to do anything, but you may consider updating your user training, and notifying your helpdesk.
